OWD deploys component on non-executable device

Description

While trying to verify the problem reported in #164 I noticed that owd would let me deploy a component on the sound out device. Since this shouldn't be an executable device, owd should not allow components to be deployed on this. This would create a runtime error.

I'm confused about the fix. I don't see any changesets against OWD, yet the bug has been closed. How do end-users go about getting a version of OWD with the correction?
