validate audio_in_out_gui

Code is all there, needs testing.

Currently, I'm stuck because I need to set up my computer to read from mic and not play the audio back. Then, I need the computer to play audio that is written by ossaudiodev in Python. I have the mic working on one computer and the playback working on a second computer. This is a Linux configuration problem that is probably not as hard as I'm making it out to be.

Other thing: Want the "push to talk" button to be disabled when there is nothing connected to the uses port.

will close this ticket when I have validated using a Waveform (have only validated with waveform applications so far)
