    33Meet the [wiki:OSSIETeam OSSIE Team]!
    44
    5 === Realtime Cyberspace Way ===
    6 The best way to contact us with technical questions is via IRC.  We have an
    7 IRC channel named #ossie at irc.freenode.net .
    8 [[BR]]
    9 See ya'll there!
     5=== Questions about OSSIE? ===
    106
    11 [http://www.mozilla.org/projects/rt-messaging/chatzilla/ Chatzilla] is a good irc client for windows people to start with. The other windows IRC clients eventually require registration. Chatzilla is a good way to find out how effectively we support OSSIE over IRC. Most Linux distributions supply one or more IRC clients such as X-Chat, Gaim, or Kopete.
     7Here is the recommended order for finding answers to your questions:
    128
    13 === E-Mail ===
     9 1. Consult the FAQ (coming soon)
     10 2. Search the listserv archives to see if someone has already answered the question.
     11 3. Mail the appropriate listserv for an answer.  We can arrange to meet you on our IRC channel if realtime assistance is needed
     12 4. Go to the IRC channel.  OSSIE has no full time technical support but if someone can meet you on the channel, it is a convenient way to address problems in full time.
     13
     14We will do our best to answer your questions by one of these three methods.
     15
     16=== E-Mail Lists ===
    1417
    1518There is a listserv for OSSIE questions and discussion. To subscribe to the list send an email to listserv@listserv.vt.edu with

     52=== IRC:  The Realtime Cyberspace Way ===
     53For real time assistance, the best way to communicate is via IRC.  It is recommended that you check the listserv archives and, if needed, mail the appropriate listserv first to find an answer or arrange to meet someone on IRC.
