There are many ways to contribute to the OSSIE project.

• Use OSSIE and provide the developers with feedback.
• Build and test snapshots.
• Fix bugs.
• Develop new code for OSSIE.

Before we can accept code from outside parties, we need a signed joint copyright agreement on file. The joint copyright agreement allows Virginia Tech to hold the copyright on OSSIE, thus allowing OSSIE to maintain its current legal status. Note that contributors retain the right to use the code they contribute; you would just be granting us the right to distribute the code with no penalties.
