= Data Comparator =

The data generator component matches a received sequence of bits against an expectation.  This is extremely useful for testing link qualities and debugging components and is complemented by the DataGenerator component.  Below is a list of possible applications:

  * Testing and debugging packetizers
  * Validating acquisition times of PHY components
  * Calculating channel BER and PER
